  • If you're over 55 and do resistance training: daily creatine consumption can enhance the effect of resistance training on muscle strength in adults over the age of 55. The beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 3 g of creatine in conjunction with resistance training that increases the workload over time, performed at least three times a week for several weeks, at an intensity of at least 65–75% of your one-repetition maximum.

How to take it

  • Two level scoops (5 g) a day, stirred into water or any drink, at any time of day.
