We want you to be happy with your order. Here's how returns and refunds work.
Your 14-day cancellation right
Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, for a full refund of the product price. To cancel, email returns@takeanima.com with your order number.
Sealed for your safety
Because our products are ingestible supplements sealed for hygiene and safety, we can only accept returns of tubs that are unopened and with the seal intact. Once the tamper seal is broken, the item can't be returned unless it's faulty — this protects every customer's safety. This does not affect your legal rights in respect of faulty goods.
Faulty, damaged or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or isn't what you ordered, contact us within 30 days and we'll put it right with a replacement or full refund, including any return postage. Please send a photo where possible so we can resolve it quickly.
How to return an item
- Email returns@takeanima.com with your order number and reason.
- We'll confirm the return address and next steps.
- Return unopened items in their original condition. For non-faulty returns, you cover return postage; for faulty items, we do.
Refunds
Once we receive and check your return, we'll refund your original payment method within 14 days. You'll get an email when it's processed.
