Shipping
Free UK delivery on every order
We offer free tracked UK delivery on every order — no minimum spend. Express next-day delivery is £6.95 if you need it sooner. Either way, your order ships with tracking so you always know where it is.
Dispatch & delivery times
- Dispatch: orders are dispatched the same or next working day (Monday–Friday, excluding UK bank holidays).
- Standard (Royal Mail Tracked 48): usually 2 to 3 working days from dispatch, so most orders arrive 2 to 4 working days after you order.
- Express: 1 to 2 working days from dispatch.
- You'll receive a tracking link by email once your order is on its way.
Delivery estimates are guides, not guarantees — occasionally the carrier takes longer. If your order hasn't arrived within 7 working days of dispatch, email us and we'll sort it.
Order tracking
Every order is tracked end to end. If you have any concern about a delivery, message us via our contact form with your order number and we'll help straight away.
International shipping
We currently ship within the United Kingdom only. International shipping is coming as we grow — join our email list to hear first.
