These terms govern your use of takeanima.com and any order you place with Anima Labs Ltd, trading as Anima Nutrition. By placing an order you agree to them. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

Our products

Our products are food supplements, not medicines. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease, and should not be used as a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Always read the label. Do not exceed the stated dose. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication or have a medical condition, speak to your doctor or pharmacist before use. Keep out of reach of young children.

We only make health claims that are authorised on the Great Britain nutrition and health claims register for the ingredient and dose concerned.

Orders and pricing

All prices are in pounds sterling and are the total you pay for the goods. Anima Labs Ltd is not currently registered for VAT, so no VAT is added.

Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we dispatch your order and send you a dispatch confirmation. We take care that prices and product details are accurate; if we find an error before dispatch we will tell you and give you the choice of continuing or cancelling, and we may cancel the order ourselves if the error is obvious.

We may limit or refuse an order, for example where stock is short or where a discount code is being used outside its terms.

Payment

Payment is taken at checkout through our payment providers. We never see or store your full card details.

Delivery, returns and refunds

UK delivery is free and tracked on every order, with no minimum spend. Express next-day delivery is £6.95. Orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days, Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays. Delivery estimates are guides, not guarantees.

Your account and conduct

If you create an account, keep your login details secure and tell us promptly if you believe they have been compromised. You agree not to misuse the site, interfere with its operation, or use it for anything unlawful.

Our content

The Anima name and mark, the site's text, photography, artwork and design are owned by Anima Labs Ltd or used under licence. You may not reproduce or reuse them commercially without our written permission.

Our liability

We do not exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded — including your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Subject to that, we are not liable for losses that were not foreseeable at the time the contract was made, or for business losses, and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one published when you placed it.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and disputes may be brought in the courts of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland you may also bring proceedings in your own courts.

If something goes wrong, email us first — most things are settled quickly. If we cannot resolve it, you can seek advice from Citizens Advice.
