The beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 250 mg of EPA and DHA. One softgel provides 300 mg, so a single serving clears it.

What we won't say

That it is for your brain or your eyes. Those DHA claims do exist — but they require 250 mg of DHA a day, and one softgel provides 120 mg. You would need three. We would rather print the arithmetic than the claim.

One correction while we're being straight with you: the front of the current pack carries a "Heart · Brain · Vision" line from an earlier artwork round. It is wrong, it is being fixed at the next print run, and this page is the accurate position.

What’s not in it

In it, and why

  • Softgel shell: gelatin, glycerineFish oil has to be sealed inside a softgel, and that shell is gelatin. It is why this pack is not vegetarian, and we are not going to describe it as plant-based.
  • Antioxidant: vitamin E (dl-alpha tocopheryl acetate)Fish oil oxidises. This slows it. It is in the pack to protect the oil, not as an added vitamin, which is why it is not on the nutrition table.

The softgel shell is gelatin, so “no gelatin” is not on the right-hand list. It is the honest cost of putting oil in a sealed capsule.

Allergens: Fish — declared. This panel is read off the ingredient list, which UK law requires to be complete, so it tells you what is not added. It is not an allergen guarantee — the pack is made in a facility that also handles allergenic materials, and we are not going to print a “free from” we cannot stand behind.

How to use

Adults, take 1 softgel daily with food and water. One softgel is the full serving — 300mg of EPA and DHA combined. Do not exceed recommended daily dose.

Questions, answered

What does “nothing hidden” actually mean?

Every ingredient is printed with its dose, every filler is named, and a Certificate of Analysis is held for each batch against the number on your pack — email us that number and we'll send it. If it isn’t on the label, it isn’t in the pack.

Are the health claims on this site legal?

We only use health claims authorised on the GB nutrition and health claims register, at the doses those claims require. Where a popular claim isn’t authorised — botanicals like ashwagandha and turmeric, or cardiovascular claims for K2 — we say so and make no claim.

Where is it made, and is it tested?

Manufactured in the UK to GMP standard. Each batch is tested for identity, potency and heavy metals (plus microbiology on powders), and the results are held per batch and sent on request.

What about sweeteners and fillers?

No sweeteners, ever. Any bulking or anti-caking agent needed to make a capsule work is named in full in the ingredient list — never hidden behind a “complex”. Every product page has a What’s not in it panel that lists each one and why it is there.
