What is in the tub?

One ingredient: micronised creatine monohydrate (200 mesh). A 5 g daily serving, which is two level scoops. Unflavoured, vegan, made in the UK. 500 g — 100 servings per tub.

Why two scoops instead of one?

Because 5 g is what the research is built on, and our scoop holds 2.5 g. We would rather print an awkward number that is true than a tidy one that is not.

Will creatine make me bulky?

No. Creatine is not a mass gainer or a hormone. It helps your muscles perform repeated efforts. Body composition changes come from your training and diet, not from this scoop.

How do I know what's in my tub?

Every tub has a batch number on the base. Look it up to see where it was made, its best-before date and where testing stands. It is made in a UK GMP-standard facility. Next, we are commissioning independent lab testing and will publish the results by batch on our Certificates page.

What does delivery cost?
