No proprietary blends, ever. Every active ingredient on the label with its exact amount — elemental doses, not salt weights. This is our actual label artwork, not a mock-up of one. If it isn't on the label, it isn't in the tub.

Every claim authorised.
We only use health claims from the Great Britain register, verbatim, with their conditions of use printed in full. Where the category makes claims the law rejected — K2 for arteries, sodium for hydration, botanicals for brain fog — we tell you that instead.

And the part most brands leave out.
Made in UK GMP-standard facilities, with batch documentation covering identity, composition and quality. Email us the batch number on the base of your tub and we will send what we hold for it.
We are not yet publishing every certificate openly, and we are not going to write a sentence that implies we are. Independent third-party testing published per batch is the standard we are building toward.

Creatine increases physical performance in successive bursts of short-term, high intensity exercise.
The beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 3 g of creatine. Our serving is 5 g — two level scoops — so one a day more than covers it.
