One for the morning. One for the evening.
A 500 g tub of micronised creatine monohydrate for training days, and magnesium bisglycinate with vitamin B6 — the gentle, well-absorbed form — to close the day. Two single-purpose formulas, full doses on the label.
What's in the box
- 1 × Creatine — Micronised Monohydrate, 500 g (100 servings)
- 1 × Magnesium — Bisglycinate + B6, 60 capsules (30 days)
- £44.00 together — £50.99 bought separately
When it runs out
The magnesium lasts a month; the creatine lasts about a hundred days. So you don't buy the stack twice, subscribe to magnesium on its own for 15% off every delivery.
What we're allowed to say
- Creatine increases physical performance in successive bursts of short-term, high intensity exercise (with a daily intake of 3 g)
- Magnesium contributes to normal muscle function
- Magnesium and vitamin B6 contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue
- Magnesium contributes to normal functioning of the nervous system
What we won't say
That it helps you sleep or “repairs” anything overnight. There is no authorised sleep, calm or recovery claim for magnesium in Great Britain. Muscle function and tiredness and fatigue are authorised — so that's what we say.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and healthy lifestyle.
Every dose. Every reason. Nothing hidden. //

The honest-label test
The same actives sit in a lot of tubs. The difference is what a brand is willing to print next to them.
- Every active, with its exact dose & %NRV
- The full ingredient list — fillers included
- Only the health claims GB law authorises
- A batch number on every pack
- Where it’s made and what it’s made from
- “Proprietary blends” with no per-ingredient dose
- Bulking agents behind a marketing name
- Claims with no authorised basis in GB law
- Testing that’s referenced but never shown
- Source and origin left deliberately vague
Category comparison based on typical UK-available products, 2026. No specific brands referenced.
Questions, answered
What does “nothing hidden” actually mean?
Every ingredient is printed with its dose, every filler is named, and every pack carries a batch number. If it isn’t on the label, it isn’t in the pack.
Are the health claims on this site legal?
We only use health claims authorised on the GB nutrition and health claims register, at the doses those claims require. Where a popular claim isn’t authorised — botanicals like ashwagandha and turmeric, or cardiovascular claims for K2 — we say so and make no claim.
Where is it made, and is it independently tested?
Manufactured in the UK to GMP standard, with a batch number on every pack. Independent third-party testing, published per batch, is the standard we are building toward — our Certificates page says exactly where we are.
What about sweeteners and fillers?
No sweeteners, ever. Any bulking or anti-caking agent needed to make a capsule work is named in full in the ingredient list — never hidden behind a “complex”. Every product page has a What’s not in it panel that lists each one and why it is there.
