The same 5,000 mg of creatine monohydrate as the unflavoured tub, in raspberry and blueberry, with vitamin B6 and B12.

We sell two creatines. One has a single ingredient and nothing else at all. This one has flavouring, a stevia sweetener, beetroot powder and two added vitamins — and every one of them is printed on the label with its amount.

We are not going to pretend the flavoured one is the purer product. It is the one people actually finish. Both labels are complete; the choice is yours.

One 7 g scoop daily in 250–300 ml of water or juice. 71 servings per tub.

Contains celery.

Full ingredients: Creatine monohydrate (200 mesh), magnesium citrate (buffered), citric acid, maltodextrin, natural flavouring (raspberry & blueberry powders), stevia (Stevia rebaudiana), beetroot powder (celery), vitamin B12 (methylcobalamin), vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride).

500g · 71 servings · contains celery · suitable for vegetarians and vegans

The magnesium figure is the elemental mineral, not the citrate salt — 250mg, 67% of the nutrient reference value. Salt weights make a number look bigger than the dose actually is, so we print the element. //

What’s not in it

In it, and why

  • Natural flavouring (raspberry & blueberry powders)The whole reason this product exists. The unflavoured tub is purer and a lot of people never finish it.
  • Stevia (Stevia rebaudiana)The sweetener. A leaf extract, not an artificial sweetener, and not sugar — and it is named rather than hidden inside 'natural flavouring'.
  • Citric acidAcidity regulator. Stops a fruit flavour tasting flat in plain water.
  • MaltodextrinCarrier. Holds the flavour and the microgram-scale vitamins evenly through 500 g of powder so every scoop is the same.
  • Beetroot powderColour, from a vegetable. It is also where the celery comes from, which is why that is in bold rather than buried.
  • Magnesium citrate (buffered)The form the magnesium is in. 250 mg elemental, 67% NRV — a real dose, which is why it earns a claim.

Not in it

  • Proprietary blends
  • Artificial sweeteners
  • Artificial colours, titanium dioxide included
  • Preservatives
  • Added sugar
  • Gelatin

This is the one pack in the range that cannot say 'no flavouring, no sweetener'. It has both, deliberately, and both are named with what they are and why they are there. If you want the version with one ingredient and nothing else, that is the unflavoured 500 g tub.

Allergens: Celery — declared, from the beetroot powder. This panel is read off the ingredient list, which UK law requires to be complete, so it tells you what is not added. It is not an allergen guarantee — the pack is made in a facility that also handles allergenic materials, and we are not going to print a “free from” we cannot stand behind.

How to use

Mix 1 scoop (7g) with 200–250ml of water, juice or a pre-workout drink and consume once daily. For best results use before or after exercise. Use daily to maintain creatine stores. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

71 servings per tub — roughly ten weeks. Flavoured and stevia-sweetened, so it takes to plain water better than the unflavoured tub.

The science

What we're allowed to say — the authorised GB claims for the actives in this pack, quoted exactly:

  • Creatine increases physical performance in successive bursts of short-term, high intensity exercise
  • Daily creatine consumption can enhance the effect of resistance training on muscle strength in adults over the age of 55
  • Magnesium contributes to normal muscle function
  • Magnesium contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue
  • Vitamin B6 contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism
  • Vitamin B12 contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism
  • Vitamin B6 contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue
  • Vitamin B12 contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue

The first creatine claim requires 3g a day; one scoop gives 5g. The second applies to adults over 55 and requires 3g daily alongside resistance training at least three times a week at 65–75% of one-rep max, for several weeks.

Magnesium is at 67% of the nutrient reference value, comfortably over the 15% a claim requires. B6 and B12 are both at 100%. Every claim on this list is earned by the dose in the tub, not by the dose in the marketing. //

The honest-label test

The same actives sit in a lot of tubs. The difference is what a brand is willing to print next to them.

Anima prints
  • Every active, with its exact dose & %NRV
  • The full ingredient list — fillers included
  • Only the health claims GB law authorises
  • A batch number on every pack
  • Where it’s made and what it’s made from
The category often hides
  • “Proprietary blends” with no per-ingredient dose
  • Bulking agents behind a marketing name
  • Claims with no authorised basis in GB law
  • Testing that’s referenced but never shown
  • Source and origin left deliberately vague

Category comparison based on typical UK-available products, 2026. No specific brands referenced.

Questions, answered

What does “nothing hidden” actually mean?

Every ingredient is printed with its dose, every filler is named, and every pack carries a batch number. If it isn’t on the label, it isn’t in the pack.

Are the health claims on this site legal?

We only use health claims authorised on the GB nutrition and health claims register, at the doses those claims require. Where a popular claim isn’t authorised — botanicals like ashwagandha and turmeric, or cardiovascular claims for K2 — we say so and make no claim.

Where is it made, and is it independently tested?

Manufactured in the UK to GMP standard, with a batch number on every pack. Independent third-party testing, published per batch, is the standard we are building toward — our Certificates page says exactly where we are.

What about sweeteners and fillers?

No sweeteners, ever. Any bulking or anti-caking agent needed to make a capsule work is named in full in the ingredient list — never hidden behind a “complex”. Every product page has a What’s not in it panel that lists each one and why it is there.
