One ingredient. Nothing hidden.

One tasteless 5 g serving of the most-studied ingredient in sport — pure micronised creatine monohydrate (200 mesh). No blends, no fillers, no sweeteners, no proprietary nonsense. If it isn't on the label, it isn't in the tub — and the label has one line.

The numbers (per serving)

  • Creatine monohydrate — 5 g (5,000 mg), two level scoops
  • 500 g tub · 100 servings · one a day
  • Micronised to 200 mesh — dissolves clean in water, juice or a shake
  • Unflavoured · vegan · made in the UK
  • Ingredients: creatine monohydrate. That is the whole list.

What we're allowed to say

  • Creatine increases physical performance in successive bursts of short-term, high intensity exercise

The beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 3 g of creatine. Our serving is 5 g, so one a day more than covers it. The claim applies to adults performing high-intensity exercise — the last set, the second sprint, the extra round.

What we won't say

Anything about focus, memory or cognition. That claim was formally assessed in Great Britain in February 2025 and refused — it is a rejected claim, not a missing one. You will still see it used. Not here. We also don't say creatine builds muscle mass or speeds recovery; neither is authorised either.

Weigh your scoop

Put your serving on a kitchen scale. Ours is 5 g in two level scoops and it says so on the tub. Do the same with whatever you're using now — it is the fastest way to find out what a supplement label is worth.

The paperwork

Every batch is made in a UK GMP-standard facility with documentation covering identity, composition and quality. Email us the batch number on the base of your tub and we'll send you what we hold for it. We're not yet publishing every certificate openly — where we stand is set out in full on our Certificates page.

What’s not in it

In it, and why

Nothing to list. Every ingredient in this pack is an active.

Not in it

  • Proprietary blends
  • Artificial sweeteners
  • Flavourings
  • Colours, titanium dioxide included
  • Preservatives
  • Added sugar
  • Gelatin

One ingredient. There is no bulking agent, no capsule and no coating, so there is nothing on the left-hand side of this panel at all.

Allergens: None declared. This panel is read off the ingredient list, which UK law requires to be complete, so it tells you what is not added. It is not an allergen guarantee — the pack is made in a facility that also handles allergenic materials, and we are not going to print a “free from” we cannot stand behind.

How to use

Adults, take 5g daily — two level scoops — stirred or shaken into 200–300ml of water, juice or a shake. Micronised to 200 mesh, so it disperses rather than settling at the bottom. Cold or warm, any time of day; taking it consistently matters more than taking it at a particular hour. Do not exceed recommended daily dose.

Our scoop holds 2.5g, which is why the serving is two of them. We would rather print an awkward number that is true than a tidy one that is not.

The science

What we're allowed to say — the authorised GB claim for the active in this pack, quoted exactly:

  • Creatine increases physical performance in successive bursts of short-term, high intensity exercise

The beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 3g of creatine. Our serving is 5g — two level scoops — so one a day more than covers the condition of use.

That is the only authorised creatine claim in Great Britain. Memory and cognition was formally assessed here and refused — cause and effect not established. Builds muscle and aids recovery are not authorised wording either. You will see all three advertised somewhere this week. Not here. //

Buy the months, not the tub

A 500 g tub is 100 days. Creatine only works if you keep taking it, so the more you buy at once, the less each serving costs. Free UK delivery on every order.

Your creatine, worked out

Move the slider. The serving does not move — that is rather the point.

Your serving5 g / dayThe same at 45 kg as at 130 kg. That is what our label says, so it is what this page says.
LoadingNot neededSome protocols use 0.3 g/kg for a week to saturate faster. Our label's serving is 5 g and says not to exceed it, so 5 g is the number this page will give you. It gets you there by week four.
A 500 g tub lasts100 daysOn 5 g a day — about 3.3 months.

Questions, answered

Who is it for?

Anyone who trains: lifters, runners, team sports, combat sports, HIIT — and anyone who wants everyday efforts to feel repeatable.

Will it make me bulky?

No. Creatine is not a mass gainer or a hormone. It helps your muscles perform repeated efforts.

Do I need a loading phase?

No. 5g daily gets you to full saturation by week 3–4, with less chance of stomach upset than loading protocols. Our label's serving is 5g and says not to exceed it, so 5g is the only number you will get from us.

Is it tested?

Made in a UK GMP-standard facility, with a Certificate of Analysis held for every batch and sent on request.
