What each document proves
Proves: the manufacturer states this batch was made to the agreed specification, in a GMP-standard facility, and where it was made and packed.
Does not prove: what a laboratory measured in this batch. Its values are the specification, not test results.
Proves: a laboratory with no stake in the result tested a sample from this batch, and what it found: creatine content, impurities, heavy metals and microbiology. The report marks which tests the lab is accredited for.
Does not prove: anything about a different batch. Each batch gets its own report.
The certificate of conformity is our manufacturer's own document, so we keep it on file rather than publish it. Independent lab reports, commissioned by us, will be published here against the batch number as each one comes back.
